Andrew Bernstein is the founder of ActivInsight, a process that is changing the way individuals and organizations approach resilience, organizational development, and leadership training. Clients include Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, Johnson & Johnson, Coca-Cola, Merrill Lynch, Wachovia, Twentieth Century Fox, Morgan Stanley, Genentech, WPP, and MTV Networks. Andrew also teaches at not-for-profits like Phoenix House and City Year, and serves as faculty at the Wharton School in the Executive Education division. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the Johns Hopkins University, and lives in New York City.
