Biography
John Battaglia, Jr. is the founder and
president of The Rockstar In You, a life coaching and image-building firm.
Formerly, John ran Wilhelmina Artist Management, the music and celebrity
division of Wilhelmina Models, one of the largest fashion agencies in the world.
As the imaging and marketing agent for numerous music, sports, and Hollywood
celebrities, he has represented Beyonce, Usher, Jessica Simpson, Brandy, Eve,
and many other stars. Contributing to their success through their marketing,
imaging, and endorsements, Battaglia has negotiated multi-million dollar
agreements, and been on the red carpet at the Grammy’s and at the MTV Video
Music Awards.
Battaglia is the author of “The Rockstar in You: How to Build Rockstar
Confidence, Create Rockstar Style, and Achieve the Rockstar Performance of Your
Life.” As a life coach, John is a member of the International Coach Federation.
He has delivered keynotes and seminars for companies and organizations such as
Dennis Publishing, BMI, and The Songwriters Hall of Fame. John has also led
workshops at numerous entertainment conferences like Billboard and Canadian
Music Week. John is frequently featured in publications such as Life & Style
and The New York Daily News and can be seen on shows like Entertainment Tonight, Star Daily and MTV’s MADE as the Rockstar Life Coach.
John firmly believes that we each have the power within us to achieve our
dreams and that people are mostly held back by themselves. He lives his personal
credo of embracing one’s Inner Rockstar by never settling and following one’s
true talents. John Battaglia stands for everyone living the bold expression of
THE ROCKSTAR in themselves. While he works with clients all over the world,
Battaglia resides in the East Village in New York.
