Biography
Dr. Epstein is an instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School. He is also the Medical Director of Sleep Health Centers, a sleep medicine specialty group that provides comprehensive consultative, diagnostic and therapeutic services to patients with sleep disorders.
Dr. Epstein has appeared on “Healthy Life,” on ABC News Now, and Sunday with Liz Walker, on WBZ-TV, Boston. He has also been featured on Weekend America on WGBH public radio in Boston. He has also been quoted by many local and national print media outlets, including Fitness Magazine, InStyle Magazine, Newsweek, Prevention Magazine, The Boston Globe, and WebMD, among others.
