Biography
Jay P. Granat, Ph.D., is a Psychotherapist and Licensed Marriage and
Family Counselor in River Edge, New Jersey. Dr. Granat has authored
several books and many journal articles and has developed several
self-help programs for stress management for peak performance in
sports. A former university professor, he writes a weekly column for
three newspapers and has appeared in The Sunday New York Times, Good
Morning America, The Newark Star Ledger, The Golf Digest, ESPN, Golf
Digest, Tennis Magazine and The Bergen Record.
Dr. Granat has recently written two books. Get Into The Zone In Just
One Minute and Zone Tennis. These books are published by World
Audience, Inc. Granat has also developed the following programs: 21

of The New York Society For Ericksonian Psychotherapy And Hypnosis. He
lives in River Vale, New Jersey with his wife Robin and their twins
