Biography
Noel Janis-Norton, is the creator of Calmer, Easier, Happier Parenting and Teaching and is internationally known for her positive and practical methods which teach parents how to transform family life and help teachers to bring out the best in their pupils. Noel is the author of four books on parenting and teaching and is the Dirctor of The New Learning Centre in London.
Over the past thirty years as a teacher, consultant and lecturer, Noel has helped thousands of families around the world learn respectful and effective techniques that improve cooperation at home and learning in the classroom. Noel maintains a packed schedule of seminar classes in California and England, including programs for schools, home visits and phone consultations.
Noel's seminars provide solutions to parents' most trying issue: how to get their children to cooperate without reminding, repeating or nagging. They leave her seminars with easy to use strategies that work.
Noel's techniques have been the subject of numerous books and television features in England and the U.S., including the BBC's "Flesh and Blood" and Cassandra Jardine's "How to Be a Better Parent."
